A 56-second screen recording that shows how to use AI Zeitgeist, set to music.
The wall types its first quote: “Everything you know is training data.” On screen: “Scroll through the quotes”. The pointer clicks the smaller quote on the right three times, and each time the quotes move one place: “The Turing test was passed and nobody threw a party.” “Bohemian Rhapsody was never the most likely next token.” “Don’t ask it to do your homework for you.”
On screen: “Click to see who said it”. The pointer clicks the green “Who said that?” button. The quote view opens: Pope Leo XIV, with context, the source (Fortune) and the date, Nov 24, 2025. On screen: “Who else? Other voices on the same point”. The pointer clicks “Who else?”, and the view shows what the quote refers to and other voices on the same point, among them Kerry Weber, Grace Shangkuan Koo, Archbishop Borys A. Gudziak and Jaron Lanier.
Then opposites, one after another in large type: “Open source is dangerous.” “Open source is safety.” “AGI will not happen in your lifetime.” “The takeoff has started.” “Why AI will save the world.” “The end of the human race.” “It’s a bubble.” “It’s not a bubble.” “The model is my friend.” “Call your mother, not the bot.”
On screen: “No commentary, no ranking. The only editorial act is putting them next to each other.”
On screen: “Browse the archive”. A jump into the archive: “What everyone said about AI over the years”. Sam Altman is picked from the people, his quotes fan out, and “Try talking with it here” opens in the quote view. The pointer clicks “Like”: the button turns green and shows “Liked 1”.
Back on the wall with “Can machines think?”. On screen: “See who else is watching”. The pointer clicks “12 people watching right now”, and 12 green smileys jump onto the wall. Some of them land on the letters of the quote and stay there.
